§1
General Provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the ROD mobile application (hereinafter: "App"), available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
  2. The App is designed for managing livestock reproduction and offers features such as event planning, cycle tracking, animal history, personalised reminders and notifications, and managing multiple herds.
  3. The owner and administrator of the App is GOODAPP sp. z o.o., based in Pniewo, ul. Wesoła 28, 18-400 Łomża, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0001039086; NIP 7182165933, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".
  4. Use of the App requires acceptance of these Terms and fulfilment of the specified technical requirements.

§2
Definitions

  1. App – the ROD application provided by the Administrator, intended for managing livestock breeding.
  2. Administrator – the entity responsible for managing and maintaining the App.
  3. User – a natural person or business using the App based on the accepted Terms.
  4. Subscription – paid access to the App when monitoring more than 20 female animals.

§3
Registration

  1. To register, the User must provide an email address, which is necessary to create an account and use the App.
  2. The App is free to use for monitoring up to 20 female animals. Users wishing to monitor more than 20 must purchase a subscription as described in §4.
  3. The User is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the data provided during registration.
  4. The User must use the App as intended and comply with applicable laws.

§4
Subscriptions and Payments

  1. Use of the App is paid for Users monitoring more than 20 female animals. Subscription fees are charged according to the current price list available in the App.
  2. Payments may only be made through methods integrated into the App.
  3. In the event of non-payment, the Administrator reserves the right to suspend access to the App.

§5
Technical Requirements

  1. The App is available for mobile devices running Android and iOS.
  2. The User must use up-to-date operating systems and ensure proper configuration of their device according to the App's requirements.
  3. An Internet connection and an active email account are required.

§6
Personal Data and Privacy

  1. The Administrator processes Users’ personal data in accordance with GDPR. The primary data collected includes an email address.
  2. Personal data is used to provide services within the App, communicate with Users, and manage subscriptions.
  3. The User has the right to access, modify, and delete their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§7
Complaints

  1. If the App does not function in accordance with the Agreement, the User has the right to submit a complaint via email to the Administrator’s contact address.
  2. The Administrator will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

§8
Liability

  1. The Administrator will make every effort to ensure the App functions correctly and is available to Users.
  2. The Administrator is not liable for disruptions in access to the App caused by reasons beyond their control, such as failures, lack of Internet access, or hardware incompatibility on the User’s side.

§9
Changes to the Terms

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of any changes via a notice in the App.
  2. If the User does not accept the amended Terms, they may stop using the App.

§10
Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are available on the Administrator’s website and within the App.
  2. Any matters not regulated by these Terms are subject to Polish law and European Union law.
