GOODAPP Limited Liability Company based in Pniewo
(hereinafter: "Policy")

Cookies

This Policy defines the rules for using cookies on this website located at: rod-app.com and its subpages (hereinafter: "Website"). The owner of the Website and the entity placing cookies on the user's end device and accessing them is GOODAPP Limited Liability Company based in Pniewo, at the address: Pniewo, ul. Wesoła 28, 18-400 Łomża; registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0001039086; NIP 7182165933 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the user's end device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies allow the server that created them, in this case, the Administrator's server, to read the information contained in them.

Cookies placed on the User's end device contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the User's end device, and a unique number.

When the user connects to the Website, the system logs of the Website record information about the number and type of the end device used to connect to the Website. Cookies thus allow for the later identification of the user in case of reconnecting to the Website from the end device where they were saved. Cookies do not directly store personal data but store data enabling the identification of the web browser, external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, type of operating system, or user equipment through the IP address assigned to their end device (e.g., phone, tablet, computer). Cookies are not used to determine the user's identity.

Purposes of Using Cookies

The Administrator uses cookies (hereinafter also referred to as: "cookies") to enable the proper use of the Website by the user (hereinafter: "User") and the services provided electronically via the Website, as well as to improve the quality of these services. Therefore, with the User's consent, the Administrator and other entities providing analytical, statistical, and advertising services on its behalf use cookies to store information or access information already stored on the User's telecommunications end device (e.g., computer, phone, tablet, etc.).

Cookies are intended to collect data regarding the User's use of the Website, and their main tasks are:

  1. ensuring the technical operation of the Website,
  2. providing basic functions related to the use of the Website,
  3. facilitating the User's use of the Website,
  4. adapting the Website to the individual needs and expectations of visiting Users,
  5. analyzing User traffic on the Website,
  6. collecting information about User behavior for the Administrator's marketing and advertising purposes.

Detailed purposes for collecting data using specific cookies are indicated in the table in section 6 of this Policy.

Social Media Plugins, Social Media Cookies, and Analytical/Advertising Tools

The Website may also contain references to other websites. When using plugins, the web browser connects to the servers of the respective social media service (in our case, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). The provider of the respective service receives information that the User's browser (even if they do not have an account on the respective social media service) displayed the appropriate page of our entity. Log files (including the IP address) are transmitted by the User's browser to the respective provider's server and stored there. The provider's location or its server may be outside the European Economic Area, e.g., in the United States, which may involve data protection risks not meeting GDPR requirements.

Since plugins are independent extensions of social media providers, the privacy policies of external sites, to which references may be found on the Website, are governed by separate provisions, the content of which is usually available on the respective external sites. It is recommended to review each such policy before using other websites to understand the purpose and scope of data collection, further processing by the respective social media service, and related user rights. At the same time, the Website Administrator is not responsible for the above provisions or the way the owners of these services process the data of their users.

If the User does not want social media providers to receive data through our Website, they should not use the respective plugins placed on the Website.

Social media cookies (in our case, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) are installed by our partners to tailor the displayed advertising content in the social media platforms used by the Users. Their main purpose is to determine the Users' interest profile to match the content most closely aligned with their preferences or needs - this allows the Administrator to facilitate the User's access to its content on social media. The User can disable the use of social media cookies at any time.

The Administrator uses tracking technologies and tools of a statistical, analytical, and advertising nature, such as:

The use of the above services by the Administrator involves the use of cookies from the providers of these services. Details regarding data collection in connection with the Administrator's use of the above tools are indicated in the table in section 6 of this Policy.

It is recommended to review the privacy policies of the providers of the above tools, available on their websites, including:

Types of Cookies and Legal Basis for Processing

The Website may use the following types of cookies:

  1. necessary cookies - enabling the use of services available on the Website. These files are essential to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and cannot be disabled. They are usually used in response to actions taken by the User related to service requests. The legal basis for processing data in connection with the use of necessary cookies is the Administrator's legitimate interest in ensuring Users can use the Website and ensuring its proper functioning (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  2. functional cookies - enabling the Website to provide greater functionality and personalization. These may be set by the Administrator or by external providers whose services have been added to the Website. The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with the use of functional cookies by the Administrator for this purpose is the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  3. analytical/statistical/performance cookies - enabling the counting of visits and traffic sources, allowing us to measure and improve the performance of our Website and see how visitors navigate the Website. Thanks to these cookies, the Owner improves the structures and content of the Website to best meet the needs of its current and potential Users. All information collected by these cookies is always anonymous. If the User does not allow the use of these cookies, we will not know when they visited our Website. Lack of consent for this type of cookies will not prevent ads from being displayed on the Website, but these ads will not be tailored to the user's profile (which we can build using advertising cookies). The legal basis for processing data in connection with the use of advertising cookies for this purpose is the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
